Randomness

A few random pictures that I liked. Here is the latest cat. She was thirsty and her water dish was empty, so she took advantage of the dog's. Sabrina has been asking to make microwave s'mores so I found some snowman peeps at the store and thought they'd be fun. Here they are before the microwave
and AFTER :) The girls had more fun watching them blow up in the mircowave than eating them. They were bigger when they came out.
I put up my Barbie tree while the rest of the family was putting up the other tree. This is my favorite Barbie ornament.

This is the coolest one I have. I mean how much cooler can you get than Barbie on a Harley.

Decorating the tree

Sean and the girls put up the family tree on Saturday. Here they are trying to figure out the tree stand. Took all three to figure it out, and some intervention from me :)Fluffing the branches. Sean contemplating the lights that don't quite work right. Abby helping put the lights on the tree.
I can't believe Sabrina is tall enough to reach the top of the tree. When I married Sean both girls had to stand on the couch to get the decorations up to the top. Supposedly she will be 6'1," I can see that.

Back to Bethlehem

Our ward had a Christmas activity where we went "Back to Bethlehem." We had a wonderful time, the youth presented the Christmas Story complete with live Baby Jesus. Abby and Sabrina playing with the Dreidel.

Mary and Joseph. As you can see in the background, even the signs over the booths were in Hebrew.
Sean was asked to be a Roman centurian. I made the costume. I looked for a pattern, but it seemed easier to fly by the seat of my pants. So I did. I think it turned out pretty well. Don't you? I didn't get the sandals in the pic, darn it. I made those too. Abby and Sabrina teased him the entire time that he was wearing a skirt. hahaha

Thanksgiving

I forgot to post about Thanksgiving. Oh, wait, i didn't forget, I just had a 20 page paper, a 5 pager, a take home test, and a presentation! Fun, fun, fun. But school is over and I am done. All I have to do is finish my thesis, but that will be done by February or March, at least I hope so. Depends if I can get the computer program to work or not. So here are a few pic's from Turkey day. We had 19 people in the house, it was great.
The younger Cox boys, Camden & Clayson, playing football before dinner. They wore Sean out, he didn't even last an hour. This is how they play football, full out tackle. Crazy boys.

Sean playing Uno Attack with the neices and nephews. Niece Kate, and nephew ClaysonThe youngest of Deann's, Corinna. She was spinning with the toy. The girls had such a great time with all their cousins. They all slept in the same room, five girls from the ages of 8-13, you can imagine how much/little sleep they got. They "found" this club house in the woods. They didn't seem to see the house at the top of the hill 100 feet away, that belonged to the clubhouse. They had fun while it lasted.
