Here is Abby's costume. When asked what she was going to be, she said "Lady Washington" because she forgot Martha Washington.I guess she was kinda right. Yes, I did make it. And at the last minute, as always:)
Yeah, Trixie, that kind of irritates me! I TRY to do EVERYTHING last minute and it just explodes in my face. I was going to make Anna a witch costume....very simple, no frills....and then on Halloween I talked her into being something else because I hadn't gotten beyond getting the fabric and thread. Anyway, nice job. It looks very nicely made! I still don't know how you hid that amazing talent from me while you were HERE and could have TAUGHT me! ;o)
you are AMAZING! i'm so jealous of people who can sew. in our family it skips a generation. my great-grandma taught my mom how to sew cause my grandma didn't have the knack for it and then there's me who's completely hopeless...oh well, at least my girls should learn, right?
